„Rakodó kaptárral méhészkedem, amiben a mézteret lehet cseréni, és ha nyílik az akác, akkor nincs mese, a repcét el kell távolítani, hogy tiszta akác méz maradhasson, üres méztérnek kell lennie. Én hunor mérettel méhészkedem, ott meglenne az a lehetőség, hogy akár később vissza is tehetném, hogy érleljék be.
Nem mértem meg, nem tudtam, kipergettem a mézet, 22%-os lett, ami sajnos túl híg, és így megerjedhet. Ha lett volna refraktométerem, akkor vissza tudtam volna rakni, igaz nem lett volna tiszta repce mézem, de legalább a mézet nem kellett volna leadnom töredék áron a felvásárlónak. 700 Forintért adtam le kilóját a felvásárlónak, a kevert repce mézet 1700 Forintért el tudtam volna adni, így kilógrammonként 800 Forintot buktam ha levonjuk az üvegezés költségét, és
összesen kb. 100 000 Forintot
veszítettem ezzel. „
